- Double room Room One - Bathroom: -Toilet or Compostable/ Eco toilet (more for eco toilets - please contact us for pricing) -Small Vanity -Shower -Barn style door -Internal lights, light switch & caravan plug - will need to be connected on site. -Plumbing will be set up but will need to be connected on site.

 

Room Two - Laundry: - Laundry basin - Room for washing machine and dryer above Califonts are not included in the price above but we can source these. Will be priced separately.

Ideas of how you can use and connect: - Extra bathroom for home, off grid situations. .

- Get plumber and electrician to connect to main systems.

- Toilets can be eco/compostable so no need for water and can be emptied.

- Off grid grey water/ sewer systems NB: some of these options may require consents and/or additional costs to set up. Best to check with your local council regarding consents and relevant tradesmen for connections depending on how you wish to have this set up.
